Hosted team games, tournaments and free play — rain or shine, summer or winter
Our hosts run five flagship team building games: the Olympiads (sports and not-so-sports challenges, 2-3 hours), the Survivor-style challenge (our “Koh Lanta”), Galerapaname, an immersive castaway game (20+ escape-room-style activities, from 60 players), the Sand Challenge, a 1.5-2 hour funfair with tickets and prizes, and refereed tournaments — beach volleyball, beach soccer, tennis or badminton. Winners get cups, medals and something to toast with. Between rounds: pool, foosball, darts, ping-pong, cornhole and Mölkky, free to play. More info here
Olympiades, Koh Lanta, Galerapaname
Our 3 hosted team games: up to 200 participants, 2 to 3 hours, podium & prizes:
Survivor-style challenge (our “Koh Lanta”): open to absolutely everyone — fun games of skill, teamwork, coordination and riddles. And to finish: the show’s famous pole endurance final.
Galerapaname (from 60 players): participants become castaways washed up on an island. In teams, they must earn resources, take on challenges and stack up wins to prepare their survival.

Meetings & offsites: the work part
Board meeting, strategy day, training, kick-off, convention… with your feet in the sand
Serious work, beach setting: a conference space for up to 300 people (La Dune), a mezzanine for workshops and a soundproofed meeting room — all fully equipped: 13 m² giant screen, video projector, wireless microphones, 65″ screens, flipcharts and fast Wi-Fi. In theatre, boardroom, U-shape, cabaret or cocktail layout, our spaces host every format: offsite meeting, strategy day, board meeting, training day, onboarding day, workshop, brainstorming, sprint, kick-off, convention, AGM or product launch. Meeting-day packages from €65 per person.
Meetings
A soundproofed meeting room for 20 (25 standing) with a 65″ screen and a view over the courts: ideal for a board meeting, a training session or interviews. Working late? Lunch comes to you.
Conferences & all-hands
Host your convention, AGM, town hall or kick-off in La Dune: video projector, 13 m² giant screen, wireless mics, audience on deckchairs or chairs — up to 300 people, for the annual announcement nobody forgets.
Workshops
Design sprints, brainstormings, onboarding days: standing, seated, feet in the sand or up on the mezzanine — the spaces adapt, creativity follows.
Company parties: year-end, summer & celebrations
Year-end party, Christmas party, summer party: every occasion deserves dancing barefoot in the sand
After dinner, the beach becomes a dancefloor: DJ (3-hour set, lights included), live bands, a Brazilian batucada percussion show with dancers, karaoke on a giant screen, photobooth (200 prints) — all carried by a proper sound & light system. Parties run until midnight, with a late extension available.
Dance parties
Live concerts and DJs for unforgettable year-end and holiday parties — or hire the sound system alone and bring your own playlist. Dance barefoot on La Dune’s half-sand, half-parquet floor.
Karaoke & live music quiz
Sing your favourites: karaoke in its dedicated room, or hosted by a live band — up to our live music quiz concert, the participative show format.
Summer Parties
From April to October, weather permitting: cocktails, BBQ, ping-pong and Mölkky at the outdoor guinguette (our open-air terrace bar) — before heading back in to dance on the sand.

Everything comes from our own kitchen: home-made, seasonal, locally sourced, with vegetarian and halal options. From breakfast to festive menus: seated meals, canapé receptions (11 to 20 pieces), barbecue, and hosted cooking workshops — burrata, ice cream, raclette, chocolate fountain or “seaside” (carpaccio, sushi, tataki). At the bar: soft drinks, cold beers, open-bar packages, cocktail jars and champagne. Tailored to your group, on quote.

Over one or several days, alternate meetings in private spaces, team games on the sand, lively evenings and nights at our partner hotels a few minutes’ walk away: Tribe Pantin (4★) and Ibis Budget (2★). One dedicated coordinator handles everything — company retreat energy, zero coach transfers.

Our commitments
A responsible venue, down to the last grain of sand
Since 2019, sustainability has been part of daily life at Sand Fabrik — and a growing criterion in corporate venue sourcing. The Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat (French corporate climate convention) even chose our beach for its team gatherings.
On the plate
Home cooking, locally sourced: fresh seasonal produce from Broko, a committed farming cooperative. Red meat left the menu in 2023 to cut our carbon footprint. Buffet surpluses go through Too Good To Go and local donations; food waste becomes fertiliser with the local authority.
In the venue
Our sand comes from Fontainebleau and is unfit for construction — no building resource diverted. Over €100,000 of insulation works, furniture in reconditioned wood, returnable glassware and biodegradable palm-leaf tableware. Refurbished by 90% Île-de-France craftsmen, with murals by local street artists.
With the community
We are joining Bureaux du Cœur, hosting a person in precarious circumstances overnight and on weekends, supported with the charity. We host the Secours Populaire Christmas party, lend our rooms to climate-education charities, opened the beach to 2,000 local young people at reduced rates, and sponsor two local clubs.

Where can I organise a team building day near Paris?

How much does a company offsite cost?
Meeting-day packages start at €65 per person. The final price depends on privatisation, catering, activities and options — every quote is tailored, with a reply within [24/48h].
Can we host our year-end or Christmas party there?
Yes — it is our busiest season: DJ or live band, karaoke, photobooth and home-made festive menus, until midnight (late extension available). November and December dates go fast: book from September.
How many people can you host?
Up to 300 people for a plenary in La Dune; the Mezzanine holds 80, the Restaurant 150 for receptions, the meeting room 20 — and the whole venue can be privatised from 80 guests.
Does it work for non-sporty teams?
Absolutely: Olympiads mix sports and non-sports challenges, quizzes are played seated, and there is always a role for everyone — including chief supporter, at the bar.
Can we run a multi-day offsite or company retreat?
Yes: multi-day retreats combine work sessions, games, dinners and parties, with nights at partner hotels next door (Tribe Pantin 4★, Ibis Budget 2★).
Is it an eco-responsible venue?
Yes: seasonal locally-sourced cooking, no red meat since 2023, returnable glassware, anti-waste partnerships and composted food waste — our full CSR file is available on request.
